If it doesn't work, is defective in some or was damaged in shipment, YOU get your money back.

Here's what we WON'T do. We will not advance ship replacements. We will not advance refund but we WILL pay for a shipping label so you can return the product to us.

Having said that, there is this. There are people in the world that will buy something, take the parts out and then return things. We WILL check for this BEFORE we accept a return or issue a replacement or a refund. 

Refunds will be sent to your account as a store credit if we find that the product is functioning properly. If it truly IS defective in some way, and not caused by you, then refunds are sent directly to the card you used to pay for the original purchase.

We've been at this for a LONG time. I'm 73 and this is NOT my first rodeo. AS crazy and it sounds, it's not even my fifth or sixth rodeo. This old horse & I have been around a long time. In fact, we pioneered online trading back in the late 80's and 90's, BEFORE the internet using community boards, etc.
